one other thins which happend on our previous railway day was to install a 4 metre long beam to support an expansion of the sidings next to the indoor platform.

Here you see the additional baseoard resting on the beam, with the lugs installed to support the other side.

In the end this enabled me to install two new sidings, which means I can store all my rolling stock whilst still keeping the main line free.
