Just a quick post to let you know that Lesley has already flown back to Germany for a few days, and I fly tomorrow to the UK to stay with my father.

Lesley and the children will be joining me in early December for a long weekend of family festivities, including a trip to the panto, and a pub lunch which will be our family Christmas lunch.

Lesley and I then return to Kenya, where we will spend a week on the coast in Mombasa, and the return to Kijabe to celebrate Christmas at RVA.

There won’t be all the trimmings that are normally associated with Christmas, but we will bring some crackers with us, and we borrowed a small tree.

All the students return on 3rd January, with classes restarting on 4th January. I will resume posting then.

In the meantime, have a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
