Landed

We managed to get everything in our suitcases (some repacking needed over the weekend).

After an hour’s delay on the tarmac in Frankfurt due to missing our takeoff slot, we arrived safely in Nairobi.

With all our luggage 🙂

Outside, our taxi driver, Joseph was waiting for us.

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (named after Kenya’s first president) looks much like any other major airport at night.

Lot of lights, and plenty of parking for pickup and drop off.

But it does have one special characteristic …. it is in AFRICA!!!!

We have arrived….

    Enjoy Africa!
I remember time being different there.
Life slows somewhat. At least I hope it is still so.
