good news! Lesley and everlee did manage to get their train:

although they seem to be hiding at the bacl. Perhaps they haven’t got a ticket.

yes, they are definitely hunkered down avoiding the ticket collector.

To be fair, I couldn’t see a ticket office or a ticket machine at the station.

One concern with the extended track is the curve at the bottom of the slope:

Track falls at a gradient of 1:33, and previous tests indicate that a fast train around dropping curve (such as you can see the start of at the right) can lead to coaches tipping over.

So I think ti would be wise to have some sort of retaining fence around this curved section, just in case.

So I cut some fence posts from 10mmx10mm wood strips

And painted them all brown

I might need some heavy machinery to deliver them 🙂
